Cash on delivery across Pakistan
About us
We sell the things people replace most often and the things they look at every day.
Two things, and we try to do both properly. Mobile covers the accessories that wear out and get lost — chargers, cables, power banks, cases, protectors, earbuds and watches. Home decor covers the pieces that finish a room rather than fill it: lighting, vases, cushions, wall art, clocks and storage.
We would rather carry a short list we can vouch for than a long one we cannot. If something keeps coming back to us, it stops being listed.
Most orders in Pakistan are paid at the door, and we build for that rather than treating it as an afterthought. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Nothing leaves us before someone here has spoken to you, and nothing is charged before it is in your hands.
Confirming an order matters more than it sounds like it should. Every parcel that goes out unconfirmed and comes back costs a small business real money — so we contact you on WhatsApp, by email or on the phone before we pack it, rather than guessing. It is also why you do not need an account to order: a real conversation tells us more than a sign-up form.
One price for everyone, shown before you check out, with the delivery charge added in plain sight. Anything crossed out was genuinely the old price. Delivery is what the courier charges us for the weight of your parcel — the same wherever you are in Pakistan, and on the checkout summary before you confirm rather than after.
Tell us within seven days, keep it unused and in its packaging, and we will replace it or refund it. Details are on the returns page. If a parcel arrives damaged, take a photo before unpacking any further and send it to us — that is usually all we need.
