Cash at the door, or a wallet transfer — whichever suits you.
The default, and what most of our orders use. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you. Have the amount ready if you can — couriers rarely carry change.
Because nothing is paid up front, we confirm every cash order with a code texted to your number. Until that code comes back, the order sits waiting and nothing is dispatched. Some cities also carry a small cash-handling charge, shown as its own line at checkout.
If several parcels have come back refused from an account, we pause cash on delivery on it and ask for a wallet transfer instead. It is not personal — refused parcels are paid for twice by us, once out and once back. Call us and we will usually sort it out.
Choose either at checkout and our team sends you the account details once the order is placed. Send the amount, share the transaction ID, and we dispatch.
There is no cash-handling charge and no city surcharge. All three lines appear on the checkout summary before you confirm, and again on your order page afterwards. There is nothing added later.
