Seven days, no argument, as long as it comes back the way it went out.
You have seven days from delivery. The item has to be unused, complete, and in its original packaging. Tell us what went wrong, send it back, and we will replace it or refund you.
That one is on us. Take a photo before unpacking any further and send it the same day. We arrange the pickup, we pay the return shipping, and you get a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Also fine, within the seven days. The return shipping is yours to cover in that case, and we refund the item price once it reaches us and passes a quick check.
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, to whichever account you tell us. It usually lands within three working days of the item reaching us.
Nothing to return if it has not left us. You can cancel from the order page while it is still being prepared — open it from your orders and use the cancel button. Once it is with the courier, call us instead.
